My Mission

I chose the name "Heart-to-Heart" for my practice because the meaning aligns with one of the many ways I like to explain the therapy process. Heart to Heart translates as: A sincere and honest conversation between people, in which they share their thoughts and feelings. Creating this type of environment for all of my clients is extremely important to me and what I strive to do in each and every session.
